What PlannFlow is.
And what it is not.

Do I need an existing plan or Gantt chart?

No. Start with your teams and their capacity, a prioritized list of deliverables, and the processes they follow, including steps, effort, and responsible teams. PlannFlow calculates the future schedule and generates the Gantt chart. It is a calculated forecast, not a report of dates imported from your systems.

Is PlannFlow a project management tool?

No. Your current tools remain responsible for execution. PlannFlow plans and simulates the portfolio when multiple projects, products, or features share the same teams.

Does AI calculate the dates?

No. AI understands the question, prepares scenarios, and explains them. The deterministic engine calculates every numerical result.

Can a simulation change the official plan?

No. Simulations are isolated. An authorized user must manually approve a scenario before it becomes the current forecast.
